The Q.track – survey.track system is based on a distributed architecture in several apps that can work autonomously: QInfoScreen – The application that informs users about the status of the service(s) and calls the next user to be served. It also allows multimedia content to be displayed as defined by the administrator (available in Windows and Android versions). QWebAdmin – All application management is performed in QWebAdmin through a Web browser, allowing the administrator/manager to configure service counters and services, view reports, manage all multimedia content for TV and Kiosks, and manage all devices from TV Boxes and TVs to the various Kiosks. QComposer – The QComposer application allows the Q.track manager/administrator to dynamically generate the content displayed on the call display. This content composition is carried out through a simple “drag and drop” and allows the inclusion of text, videos, image slideshows, RSS feeds, TV, PowerPoint slides, video streaming, widgets, etc.
